- Large room with double bed: 30 – 40 m².

Color Scheme
- When designing serviced apartment buildings, color is a factor that directly affects the customer's feeling upon entering the room. It’s recommended to choose neutral tones such as light yellow, light blue, beige, etc. These are safe choices that suit most people. These tones bring a gentle and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for accommodation and relaxation.
- Avoid using strong or hot tones, as they can create discomfort and a sense of stuffiness, making it hard to relax. Bright, flashy colors may cause insomnia.

- Do not place mirrors at or opposite the head of the bed, as it may cause nightmares or sleep paralysis.
- Do not place the bed close to the bathroom, as it’s a humid area with negative energy that could affect health.
- Do not position the bed facing the entrance door or the bathroom door.
- Always have a solid headboard pushed against the wall. Avoid metal headboards, which may create harsh energy.
- Avoid placing the bed directly next to a window, which can create a sense of insecurity. Instead, balance both sides of the bed for symmetry and ease of movement. You can also add nightstands, lamps, etc. for decoration.
